Thomas Packer

Thomas W. Packer was born in Blackfoot, Idaho, and has been a practicing lawyer since 1982. He received his Law Degree from the University of Utah and a Master’s in Public Administration from Idaho State University. He is a past hospital and nursing home administrator at Lost Rivers Hospital. As an administrator and as an attorney, he developed the desire to help Seniors enhance their quality of life. To that end, he works with Seniors in his law practice and offers them Life Care Planning and Estate Planning services. Tom has been married to Sandy since 1975, and they enjoy spending time with their six children and nine grandchildren.

DaLon Esplin

DaLon Esplin was born and raised in Bingham County, graduating from Snake River High School. He served a 2-year mission for his church in La Paz, Bolivia where he learned to speak Spanish and Aymara. He graduated from Brigham Young University in Economics and then obtained his Juris Doctorate there in 1978. After law school, he returned to Riverside, Idaho, and practiced law in Pocatello for 11 years before moving his practice to Blackfoot. He served as the civil deputy prosecuting attorney for Bingham County and as a Magistrate Judge. DaLon describes himself as a small-town lawyer representing the little people as they face the big insurance companies and large law firms. DaLon is married to Lisa. They have four children. He enjoys serving the community youth and teaching his grandchildren to ski, hike, and camp. He serves as a DJ providing clean music for local youth dances.
